Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and targeted outreach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships
  • Create and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, and client onboarding
  • Coordinate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
  • Represent Nxerra at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
  • Maintain CRM for sales tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B IT Sales / Business Development
  • Strong understanding of software services, cloud, and enterprise solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AU)
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Upwork
  • Exposure to IT service models such as white-labeling, SaaS, or project-based delivery
